Discussion - Do you want the same laws in Somalia that you have in your current country?

I wanna know peoples opinions so no and yes answers don't cut it. I wanna know what you would wanna change or add or if you would ditch the entire political system?

I born in wonderful Sweden I would love to apply Swedish laws to Somalia. I can't think of anything that I would wanna change apart from more enthusiasm and aggression from the government when it comes to various private sectors. I would love to see more Swedish brands and a stronger Swedish influence in medicine and tech.

I agree with everything in Denmark except for racism and anti semitic laws. Here in Denmark, like many other Euro countries, you can get convicted for racism and anti semitism and serve prison time. I prefer the American freedom of speech laws.

Beyond that, I'd love Somalia to be like Denmark.

They're still rolling around in their own mire, and plenty of even the Western Muslims have a backwards mentality. It's merely dampened in the West, I tell ya, but it's still inherent in them. 16-17 is old enough for people to drink and consent to sex. I don't mind raising the age to 18 if I'm convinced.

the ones in the west are a lot worse tbh, they live a free and equal life and they still want sharia law exported to the west. in somalia i think a shift is possible, but much like any other muslim country, the change won't be much. maybe in a couple decades and the youth born in the west outnumber everyone else we have a chance.

I rather alcohol laws are like in Sweden. 18 legal age to drink, own property, drive, vote. But also that the gov has monopoly on alcohol sales and you have to be at least 20 to buy so that minors don't get their hands on it. 18 year olds can still drink in bars and etc.
