What are on about? Somalis are indigenous to North Eastern region of Kenya as other other cushitic language speakers. None of Kenya was empty and Kikuyu and Luyha are native to Kenya, Bantu is a big group and there are big differences between each tribe.

Cushites were living all over Kenya yes but Bantus came from west Africa. there migration is well documented. Somalis obviously never lived there too. NFD was always some Warde or Oromo land until the Somali expanded into these places and forcefully took their land.

It wasn't all Oromo but It also belonged to Cushitic speakers.
Somali clans like Ogaden and Marehan to some extent expanded from the North due to several reasons and they weren't in that region before mid to late 1800s.

The Garre lived in Kenya long before that. Their original language falls under Somaloid languages and isn't part of Oromo grouping.
Even the odd Rendille speak a Somaloid language rather than an Oromoid language.
