From the looks of things he seemed to be trying to use all his might to try and cause some damage to her spinal cord and then she eventually falls unconscious as her occipital bone receives a fair share of the damage. To make matters worse there's about ten guys in the back waiting for someone to take action first but nothing is done and she's sadly dragged away like a rag doll. If she makes it through the head trauma she'll be leaving in fear that ordeal will affect her emotionally.
