@RoobleAlWaliid I haven't read the whole thread but are you saying we should let Ethiopia make the dam shut of our only rivers that keeps the country stable if the water is close what do you think is gonna happen to the farms and all the wet areas in the south? @Bahal there are farms all over the country especially in the South. I heard Somaliland imports it's veg. Puntland has a few farms as well as does Awdal.

The two Somali rivers were never meant to be a permanently viable source of water in the first place.

If Somalia grows into a regional agricultural/industrial nation, then we would need other sources of water as well. The Jubba and Shabelle rivers just won't do it for us.
