This EU policy maker should be sanctioned by Trump's adminstration for foreign election interference. He tried to sabotage the Musk-Trump interview on X spaces a few months ago, so his fellow lefties could win.

How do you sanction an individual residing in a different country?
They are talking nonsense and putting on a display, they can't sanction even the whole EU.
What will happen is that the EU will request for them to pay a hefty fine and force them to change the platforms moderation and content regulations and take things down.
If they fail to comply they will Ban the app in all EU countries and take it off Apple store shelf's.
Similar to what happened with Brazil, Elon caved and gave them what they wanted instead of losing a large userbase
there is more chance he dies within those 4 years. But he will be forced to leave.
