Unrelated to the topic but I remember reading about the somali football association head/chair stealing close to 10 million US dollars from the budget allocated for the building of a new training facility/academy for the Somali national team and then legging it to Turkey or the US (I don’t remember exactly) and it’s then I nearly gave up on the desire to see a United and strong Somalia
imagine how much of a debased and crooked individual you have to be to steal that sort of money from a country in need of well trained and professional footballers and is blessed with a talented pool of potential. Just soul crushing man.

This could easily be solved by a representative SNA but HSM doesn't want that or feels threatened by it.

Hate it down to its core. The most tame ones in halane are squatting on Somalia’s former land it used to use for training soldiers. They’ve overstayed their welcome. But Somalis only trust foreign soldiers since they can’t be bribed by Somali politicians.
