It wasn't communist. We just so poor that it looked that way. We didn't have the entrepreneurs at the time to create wealth and jobs so the government did all of that. What failed the kacaan was that the staff in the banks and other public offices were looting the country dry.

Somali people had their own legal system called Xeer so yeah we didn't have Osama/Baghdadi cults until Muslim Brotherhood appeared.
