I just came back from Hargeisa and trust me you can move back to the city. One of the only places diaspora can return to my house is under construction now (as my ppl do not hail from the city) but as soon as complete I'm moving my family there.

My job is remote so earning like the west and cost of living there is a dream. The best restaurants meal prices is the same price as the cheap ones in the west. Food is always fresh no chemicals

The only thing I need is a high class gym, which I will probably work on creating myself
