Somali bodies were built for shepherding in the dry semi arid climate of eastern Africa. Somali bodies are characterized by overall low mass, low muscle muscle mass and low fat percentage as a result of their adaptation to the climate, lifestyle and diet. The original Somali diet is heavy in meat, milk and carbohydrates, with a very low intake of fruits and vegetables.

These bodies don't work in Europe. I grew up around Europeans. Most of them are naturally much more muscular than Somalis. These guys had arms the size of my calf (i am not joking). Whilst I might have been better in long distance running, my lifts were shocking. For example, I could not bench 35kg for 8 reps. Some of these guys had never trained before and they put up 60kg easy for 8 reps.

My advice: marry and procreate with eastern european women in general and beautiful Polish women in particular, to flush out these pastoral baasto bones genes. They produce strong men and are fiercely religious. Then we can inject these into the somali population by returning to our women.

Skinniness and weakness is the biggest problem facing somali men in the west right now. We already have the height. Lets get the muscles. I gaurentee you Somali man + Polish woman will be the strongest race the earth has ever seen.

Trust me, if you eat right, train right and sleep right. You'll see major improvements and even be bigger than the European guys you were talking about. Stop doubting yourself. I've seen Somali men come in different body sizes and most white & black men I saw were mostly skinny (not malnourished). I'm pretty huge and don't fit in your bullshit description. Every race comes in different variety.

New studies have also shown that exercising helps improve our DNA. Exercise changes the shape and functioning of our genes, an important stop on the way to improved health and fitness. In fact, parents may be able to set their offspring up with a head start in life by exercising. That means you don't have to marry out if your Somali wife enjoys working out.

Without training you should be able to bench 40kg lightwork tbh. If your 16+ definitely.
This is some suugo science from OP. I did 60kg for 3 reps when I first started lifting (i still have the logs). My best ever was 100kg. After that i stopped lifting for 2 years. I just recently started training again and managed to pull off 55kg with little to no effort (this wasn't even my 1 rep max).

It’s worse than Suugo science. It’s just wrong.
