This isnt a serious conversation. The three points you want to convince me of is that

1. Karanle Hawiye are larger then Absame(the largest clan) in SR who inhabit 7/9 gobols
2. The Ogaden who are the only clan to create an independence movement and rebel against Ethiopia not once but multiple times is the jaajuus clan but the Hawiye who voted to join Oromia out of qabyaalad are patriots
3. SR is under ‘gumeeysi’ but Hawiyes in Oromia are free lol

I read the source and it's clear they voted for Oromia off that was due to them being unsatisfied with something but nobody forced them into Oromia like you are implying.

Oromo claim over half the territory including Babile town, in the 90s before the regions were defined Babile Town had many political parties setting up office including OPDO, UPD and ESDL, this area was historically peaceful between the two ethniticies during the Derg and Selassie but since the 90s the conflict still exist but it is a frozen conflict that can erupt any time, the referendum was preceeded by a PM appointed committee that determined what kebeles and towns are to be delineated which led to the referendum that was again conducted questionably and never accepted

1) I am far larger than you. You can’t use empty Absame grazing lands shown on maps to claim you are larger than farmers whom naturally inhabit smaller more dense areas. I can fit all of Ogaden villages and towns in both Ethiopia and Kenya including Jubaland into Karanle inhabited districts like Dayniile and Hodan and still have large spaces left. I can then fit Garissa and your multi clan town like Kismaayo in Hawlwadaag and still have spaces left. Jigjiga is shared by everyone including Karanle’s.

2) you wasn’t the only clan to create a movement. What town and village did you guys even liberate? You literally live in the belly of Somaliweyne far from the enemy lol Leave the fighting to the frontier clans

3) SR is under gumeeysi. Jigjiga is literally an Oromo and Amhara town by now with churches build on every street corner. Hawiye’s in K4 might be under gumeeysi but they have a much higher standard of living.

Once again we are not the only Hawiye and Baabili town doesn’t represent all Karanle lands. Apart from Garre and Degodia, all the green you see on this map is Hawiye. We literally make up the majority on the river shabelle

Gurgura is frontier. They face 60 million Oromo’s head on. They are also mostly farmers so they are sedentary. Ciise is safe from Oromo. They are pastoralists that move around and only have to face Afar who are insignificant population wise and whom themselves are pastoralists constantly on the move.

Bullshit. If anything Hawiye should have 20%, Dir + Isaaq 30%, Gardheere 20%, and Darood 20%. No one joined Oromia.
