G36 are Garxajis (mainly HY) militia in Togdheer and Sanaag. SSB (Sool Sanaag & Buuhoodle) are HJ militia formed after Jabkii Gojacadde and the sacking of Buqdharkayn village last year. Huwan is what Isaaq call the various Darood militia who assembled in Lascanood last year, a derogatory term. Somaliland 101.

Chips are down right now. I don’t know the nature of this conflict but the SSC admin needs to get involved. They could potentially utilize some of the gojacadde loot in the next clash. Being passive would be the worst move because the Issaq militias probably feel emboldened. I would also bet SSC side has a lot of horgal snitching going on. I wonder how one could circumvent that? That makes me wonder if Reer Maxamuud was fighting Leelkase would I back door my own clan? Hard to understand the mentality.
