This isn't a clan militia, this is by definition an attempted power grab.

This war and hostilities will linger on for years, simply because it's a bad strategic move to start any war, cause casualties and than accept a cease-fire, without any Victor.

This cease-fire will be used by PSF to gather up more weapons, ammunition and new recruits to fill up the Ranks, in fact this cease-fire will be used by PSF to consolidate their stronghold in Bosaso.

It is very bad blunder for Puntland to request such weak cease-fire after starting the war, it will now set a precedence that every militia can now do what PSF did and get away with it.
