I don't think they looked very different from current Nilotes. Current Nilotes' appearance makes a lot of sense when you look at Horners like Somalis. We are usually taller than MENAs but shorter than Nilotes. The longer, more lean base build that is well-adapted for arid and hot climates as well fit with Nilotes. The hairllessness and why we're not as pale on average as mulattoes or even recent MENA-SSA mixes also fits.
