What’s worry are the people who suffer from Ceeb syndrome; and don’t care about them only that they are Somali and bringing Ceeb.

I get your point. However, those in the 3rd don't usually have the access to housing/welfare services. But, these folks do and if they're refusing (and they're not on drugs or mentality ill) then they're embarrassing Somalis. Also, I don't know if any Somalis help them, but if Somalis only care about embarrassment, then that's messed up.
