Any solution that involves war is doomed, Somalis are as stubborn as there are proud-ful. I see it as process with strong federal state in a short transition periode and than progressing more centralizing as the central state proves it worth to Somalis who will rely less on qabil which fuels the federal states power.

Federalism is the least worse in today's political but patriots have to bargin for an agreement that gives central government enough to reclaim the lost after some time.
