Ceerigabo is massive, the name for Sanaag itself was even Ceerigabo before. I think it's the second largest district in Somalia after Afmadow. Land wise, the Harti regions are larger and much more denser as well. It would be far more legitimate than South Mudug becoming its own region for sure.
