I hope that Garacad creates a residential zoning area using location of market place, port, roads to create sub-division of land plots pricing. The central commercial market zones and port area should be given to wealthy segments as they can develop it further in the future.
We must also create an industrial zone for factories n warehouses and a distinct and separate 'commercial' area for market,businesses.
Please do not mix the residential/business/industrial zones as it will make the town look like a 'flavella'.

Time to let Bursalah and other border towns compete for the DDSI customs since Galdogob have utterly failed to invest in Turdhibi. Given reer Bursalahs record of iskutashi projects there is better chance for a proper customs.
