When you see a different region practicing/eating something different donβt say it isnβt Somali.

Agreed! If a language doesnβt have different dialects then itβs a dead language. Tell me why Somalis have hour long discussions criticizing different regions accents and telling them they need to correct their language.
Eating fish has never been a taboo for Somalis in the northeast or any coastal area. Never. This is what I mean, different regions have different foods, customs etc.
Just like you can be English from Manchester or an Englishman from Surrey with different food and different quirks.

Agreed, I don't like this too open mentality to foreigners. Welcome them to the masjid, befriend them if you wish. It doesn't mean an open pass to gabdhaheena or our culture.
