Public land should be used as public land, and if the Government sells it, it should be again, for the benefit of the public. For instance, Puntland Govt, sold a plot of land that was public and invested that money into Garacad Port, so, from public use to public use.

You are right, gov land should stay gov land. All the the government lands in South Banaadir from misaanka dhuxusha, all the way to ex control Afgooye were initially owned by Murusade. Huge chunks of land were given to various governments from the Italians all the way to Barre’s government, all for the purpose of nation building. It’s completely wrong for government to sell of these lands to private investors regardless of who squads on it.

All I really know is that there are a lot of squatters in Xamar. I’ve been there. You’ll buy land and someone will try and build a jingaad there or you’ll build a house and someone will literally squat right outside your house.

I’m confused lakin. Who is giving these private investors the green light to buy public owned land? It seems like members inside the gov are collaborating with these private investors which is where the problem lies. The guy that wanted to steal the MCH for example had official letters from Hodan district that gave him permission to try and take the MCH only for Hodan district to deny the allegations once confronted by the goofley.

Why are you bringing up Bosaso Port and Galkacyo Airport in this discussion, neither one of those places, are being squatted on, there are no jiingads there, only offices. Both the port and the airport, are being managed, to provide public services to the people that live in Puntland state. It's not used to line the pockets of businessmen. As you well know, Puntland is a state, and that state is beholden to the people that live in that state. The inheritor of the former regime, is the new government in that land, and that is Puntland. You are trying to act as if your clan, is equivalent to a state or federal government.
