That devil that leads Israel was talking about Gaza citizens should leave while bombing them and keeping them in a siege. That poor father had no way out where his daughters life was garenteed. If he attempted to leave the IDF would've probably killed him in their bloodlust and if he stays he'll have to fear bombs.
