Not more important, if Quran and Hadith contradict each other on an issue we prioritise the Quran. In this case the hadith compliments what is already in the Quran.

It's not. Many hadiths in Bukhari and Muslim are forgeries exposed by numerous scholars. The only hadiths that are sound are those that confirm what is already in the Quran. Hadiths about salaat and sawm are legitimate because they confirm what is already in the Quran, but a hadith cannot invent something new which is not in Allah's book because the Quran says it is complete and detailed. They were written two hundred years after the prophet died without his permission, supervision, or oversight. Even Bukhari says that 90% of the hadiths he came across were bogus. That's not a very high success rate.

Don't know much about him, but what I do know is that there is no disagreement among the Four Madhabs in regard to touching non-Muhrams. They forbade it, and there are Hadiths that support their stance.

Read the Quran top to bottom in a language you can understand not Arabic you will learn much, then read hadith, from that you can almost sense which hadiths are bullshit and which stand true.

i've noticed those sheikhs that state this are dismissed & don't get much exposure. the popular ones are the extremists.
