Me: 3 times a week, cardio also 3. I dont use protein drinks, just water. I eat a lot although not that bariis and baasto bullshit (very unhealthy). The only meat i eat is chicken/fish. I've replaced rice with quinoa,no pasta. Whenever i eat half of the plate is salad, 25% is meat and 25% carbohydrates.
