My parents aren't that strict but growing up I wasn't allowed to go to a sleep over now that i'm grown im so glad they didnt. When I turned 13 my parents allowed me to go on a school trip to Paris. My dad would tell us how to not trust anyone not even friends. He would tell us so many stories as kids teaching us about life he still does. He told us everything that there is to know. This is why he trusted me. My mom is pretty chill but shes very protective of me. On the other hand.. Im so anti social my mom offers me to go to somali weddings I always refuse after uni i just want to chill at home.
