It was originally meant for them but can be used by anyone who wants to gain weight fast whilst working out hard.

Ps it's apetamin not apitamin. Also how are you going to grow your booty without putting on weight. I am confused.

Up your caloric intake and build muscle on your gluteus Maximus. How? By doing weighted squats. Someone mentioned glute bridges, that's a go to exercise for IG hoes, it must have some benefits.

It's not rocket science, you're just too obese, walking must be a strenuous activity for you kkkk.

How do you not have a butt if you're a normal weight? I've seen thin girls with ass. Does your bum go inwards :susp:
I have a nice round tush but I just want to make it bigger, like Lira Galore’s ass kinda big :cool:
 
Do lots of squats and find one of those chares at your gym where you sit on it and man spread and bring it in which you keep repeating. That will burn the fat on the side to help make a round shape. The squats will burn the thigh fat and give the butt some shape and make it firm. The squats will cut the ass from the thigh instead of being connected.

I'm not overweight, 6 ft 175 pds is considered healthy where I'm from.

5 ft 220 pds, girl you need liposuction.
