I've seen your many pessimistic posts about Somalia, but let me tell you Somalia is on the come up and things are improving in many areas. Yes, security isn't the best and AS are still a threat but that's soon ending as well. Somalia is making ID cards, making a new currency, passing important legislation and agreements, revenue & taxes are being collected, troops are being trained among others etc..

Within a decade, I believe there will be a strong army and gov't fully functioning. We need strong security,laws,regulations and institutions before we try to do things too fast otherwise we'd be in turmoil.

Signs of improvement are happening now, if you don't see it then that's up to you.

When I realize a lot of the Somali supremacist here are like 17-24 I start to think “ what age did these dudes start dissing other qabils” and “ why were they raised to think badly of other qabils”

Good point. They’ve been treading this issue very carefully and wanted to gain the people’s hearts and minds in those contentious areas, but till now, to no avail. I think they should radically shift their determination for sovereignty and attempt to include Puntland. Then, the issue of those contested areas could be resolved.

This thread was ciyaar it wasnt even meant to be qabiilist. Kkkk wanna know something? My family rarely talk about qabiils only on a few occasions so i doubt it has anything to do with how i was raised. Nor do i genuinely think bad of any other qabiil.

@AussieHustler Somaliland is trying to divide Somalia in half. That is imo a worse crime than what anyone in the south ever did. No one in the south ever questioned the unity of Somalia.
