If SL becomes fully independed. Wouldn’t all the financial loan debts be put in half and they will have to pay the half debt of Somalia?. Also, this happened to Haiti, which literally bankrupted them at the time of first glimpse of independency. From that day Haiti is literally worse than Somalia!
