The Hawiye from east Haraghe are counted as Oromo under various Barentu sub tribes like Afran Qallo, sheriffa etc. I know this is difficult to comprehend. How did they do the calculations? The census you posted showcases the population of old Awbarre district, which today constitute of Awbarre district, Harrawo district and Wajaale city-coucil. I'm assuming that the figures of the last elections (in the tweet) counts all of the votes in the old Awbarre district?

The calculations are based on population projections from the census conducted in May 2007. Yes, it counts it all.

Babible Somali section has about 180k in their fake census and they have only 4 MPs while Nogob that has about 40k more has 12 and another one where the Dhulbahante live with the same population as Babile has 18 MPs

That’s Babile and Doolo. Look at the difference in the number of representatives and the yearly budget. According to that pop. count, there is only 5k difference
