ramadan is coming so it will be easier to eat less but also your mum sending pictures is crazy you should tell her to stop
I’m scared for Ramadan 😭 my family is going to make greasy food like xalwo, sambus, Buur and they make sm of it I just now it’s going to get worse 💔 I gained a lot of weight during Ramadan last year

At least you know your problem, that’s the first step. No point in working out or walking if you’re not gonna work on your self control. Start a calorie deficit and supplement it with 2 miles of low intensive cardio 4 days a week. You can still eat your junk food, just gotta watch your calories. Your whole diet could be junk food and you would still be able to lose weight it’s just gonna make you feel like shit.

maybe try like portion control only have a bit and majority of your food be smth healthy
 
One meal a day, and only healthy sugar free snacks. Eat less carb rich foods and more fruits, veg and preferably plant proteins if you can.

Be active by doing something you like, and it will not grow tiring or boring for you.

Try to detox your body often, by fasting and juice cleanses.

Do all of this and you will be amazed.
 
START FASTING NOW (liquid intermittent fasting). If you’re like me and you can’t resist craving once you start eating, then delay eating after waking up until evening. So wake up at 8am or whenever you wake up and don’t eat till 5-6pm (it’s called intermittent fasting). Only drink Shaax with milk no sugar (avoid coffee if you can cuz too much caffeine might make you bloated screw up ur digestion)

Basically the same as fasting but liquids are allowed. What this does over a few days is shrink ur stomach capacity so your body gets trained to get full faster anyways.

I had the exactttt same problem during covid and this is how I fixed it. During covid I was like 135 lbs i knew I was getting fat so I started fasting ASAP. I eventually got to 110 but now I’m like 120ish.

When you work out do weight training more than cardio cuz anyways muscle burns more calories than fat so it makes your metabolism higher :trumpsmirk::yousmart:it’s gonna be hard but the time is gonna pass anyways u might as well spend this time getting skinner than getting fatter

Knowing that odds are against you. I just use ozempic now.

I've lost weight twice in my life time. This will be th 3rd time. The mental load of temptation of food was my biggest battle every day. Now it gone. I highly recommend it
 
Use the motivation of never wanting to reach a point of no return, where excessive loose skin becomes permanent and impossible to get rid of without surgery. Right now, you're still at a stage where you can make a difference. Many people who have lost a significant amount of weight often feel down, even after reaching their weight loss goals, because of how much excess skin they have.
 
I suggest you eat a lot on one day and barely eat the next couple days like 3-4 (eat small snacks throughout the day with one small meal) That’s how I eat as a skinny/average person. It’s not healthy but that’s how I maintained my weight subconsciously. I don’t do that step counting bec it limits you the only steps I need is when I go outside instead of taking transport I walk there sometimes.

also how tall are you 67kg is not bad if your tall.

For real? Is it pills or self inject? I got some stubborn fat that refuses to go despite how much I run or play basketball. Think it’s the last bit left
