Start a calorie deficit and supplement it with 2 miles of low intensive cardio 4 days a week. You can still eat your junk food, just gotta watch your calories. Walking 10k steps won't help you. To full drop the weight you need to walk about 5 miles a day and 35 miles a week. If you do this you can drop 1 pound a week without starving yourself.
