Start having apple cider vinegar twice a day, it will stop the cravings, there is only two reasons why you would crave food this bad.

1. Nutrient deficiency.
2. Candida infestation.

To cover the first get blood work done, most common deficiencies are Vitamin D, Magnesium and Iron that lead to cravings (magnesium cannot be measured)

Get a high dose of Vitamin D, an Iron Spray (easier on stomach), and Magnesium Glycinate tablet you take at night, and just eat high nutrient dense food (avocado, cocoa etc)

The Candida thats were apple cider vinegar will help but to super boost it, raw honey and Garlic (order Allicin Max from Amazon by far the best) will flush it out of your system at warp speed.
 
Try to fast some days during the or eat less food, this might help, also calculate how much calories you need pr.day and try to have a limit lower than that a couple of days pr. week, to substitute for this your body will burn all the Fat you've stored and that way over time you'll lose weight.. Another thing you can add is having long walks and if possible over time run.. I think this will help you reduce your weight.

Try fasting, sometimes reseting yourself works, I worked my way up to a 3 day water fast, I eventually got into the routine of fasting 1-3 days at a time, I aided my recovery time, I got injured in the gym doing squats.

I'm 180 cm and weigh 76kg and I'm not fat at all. Used to be a bit skinny fat but gained muscle so kind of lean. I know for women fat distribution is different but Idk how you can be 171cm 67kg and be fat?
 
Coming on a online forum isn't going to help either. You need to start running and eating less nothing/noone else is going to help you.

Skip breakfast and just have lunch and dinner. Only eat meat, eggs, seafood, poultry and non-starchy vegetables, alongside herbs and spices if you wish. Make the meals generously rich in animal fats (butter, ghee, and tallow) and don't overdo it with the vegetables, herbs and spices; they should merely serve as side condiments. Give it time, you'll lean down plenty. If you want to further augment your gut, mental and physical health once you've leaned down begin gradually cutting out the veggies, herbs and spices whilst gradually gravitating toward one meal a day or 2 meals within the same ~4 hour span of the day.

No starches, no carbs of any kind,avoid dairy that isn't hard cheeses or altogether until you've leaned down, and finally avoid cooking with vegetable oils. Whole foods; anything out of a box is an instant no-no.

I've been 45 - 50 kg for over a decade. I'm 5'6 (168 cm). Paleo works for me. I eat what I want but avoid grains and sugar. Your body is more influenced by what you consume than your activity levels.
