Yes Walaahi the pain is so unbearable I’m not sure how to describe it. Women vomit, suffer from nausea, severe cramps that lasts for hours, back pain and constipation.

It's super common but it shouldn't hurt that much. You could try birth control which might ease the flow/pain a bit.

My period is so bad it makes me have suicidal thoughts. f*ck a period tracker when you have insane pre-menstrual symptoms like intense panic attacks, subtle cramping (even sharp butt cramps lol) and yeah even explosive diarrhea 🫠
Every year mine gets worse, I’ve turned down opportunities because of it. My last period had me throwing up 5 times in one day because of the pain. Mind you, my appetite is GONE when I’m on my period so I was literally throwing up stomach acid (my throat was finished that week oml). I can’t even stand up straight, just bed ridden or passed out on my bed until the end.

Mine is not normal, having periods that stop you from daily activities isn’t normal, but it’s common.

I wish schools and jobs allowed women with really bad periods (especially those w PCOS, Endo, etc.) to be excused and or have paid leave. Almost EVERY single missed school day I’ve had this year, last year, and the year before is strictly because of my period. Even during online classes I couldn’t get my shit together. I wouldn’t wish this on anyone.
