Reer PL refused to be held hostage by an army of sandal wearing terrorists decades ago. If you are at least 15 and killed someone, you will be executed. This woman should be concerned about her region where she lost family members.

In Xamar such children are put into juvenile detention for 3 years whilst undergoing rehabilitation. Its against the Geneva Convention of Human Rights to execute a child whose simply a pawn sxb. Many of these children were kidnapped and forcibily conscripted. Have some empathy!
