From what I’ve gathered from my vast knowledge of the cursed African and in particular the Nigerian I think that once they approached on the streets in the believe that he was an illegal immigrant he possibly told them that he was a diplomat. The problem with this is that Nigerians there have over used it. Every Olasanjo, Goodluck Ogubagu, Innocent Ukchekwh and Prosperous Ayadema has used this line. They all claim to be diplomats when they are illegal immigrants.
