Anyone can create a fake account with fake followers on Twitter. Many prominent Twitter accounts were exposed with fake bot followers in the past. An Arab could very well be behind the account, but highly unlikely. I also suspect a Somali troll could be behind the account. In the past, many Somali trolls have gone viral posting extremely derogatory and racist content about black people. These accounts were exposed pretending to be Arab and Indian.

Exactly. You will see high engagement from other accounts that look like clear bot accounts responding to it saying black people should not support arabs/muslims and should support "israel" wiping them out.

It is a simple tactic. There are threads about these mossad bot farms and their tactics to create discord and division by posing as different people groups.

You can not trust any anonymous account.

They target all communities.

It wouldn’t make sense for a dumb map to provoke such vitriol as white racists have made far worse ones, but the black community differentiates between white racists and white people, because the latter holds power over them, shapes their world view and demands respectability politics in all of their interactions.
