Since the overwhelming majority of Somalis (Muslims) in Somalia don’t use toilet papers and wash their excrement on their hands and some of it creeps into their finger nails, doesn’t their faeces find a new toilet on their hands? How do they hold the Koran book with a hand full of excrement?

most people had grown fingernails. Send them clippers and educate them on cleanliness and the affects it has on their health. I raised this topic with relatives and they just stared at me like I was an alien.

I don't want to get into details, but their is a way of doing the cleaning action that avoids the fingernails being contaminated.

I’m a health freak and fingernails is the first thing I check about the cleanliness of people. Too many people had grown fingernails. Good luck finding ways to avoid that problem. But the idea of touching your faeces on your hand while washing it repulses me.
