Federalism is the only thing that will work

Somalia is way too corrupt for all things to be centralised

These stupid old dogs think their siyad barre and a whole new generation needs to born in Mogadishu who need to realise a federal govt role is only what regional govts delegate to it, it's from bottom up like any federation. The federal govt should play an oversight role only and looking at different regions and their policies, governance, and implementation and how it's achieving the over all objective and targets set by the federal govt.

These sfg guys can't even differentiate themselves from regional govts and will harm it's status as a federal govt as they could lose that recognition internally and revert to being seen as a Banadir govt which will also flow from international community as they won't work with a govt claiming federal titles but has no federal partners.

Regional govt focus on their region that's their status and role and the federal govt cannot infringe on that. They need to rise above regional govt roles and stop being another regional govt and look at the nation and how well each region is doing in meeting it's obligation to its people.
Sadly, the current political class fails to realise shared autonomy along with responsibilities nurture strength from the periphery to the sum of the whole at the centre whereas concentrated power at the centre weakens the periphery, and by extension the whole. There shall be no return to the failed model of a single point of failure: Xamar falls, and the rest follows to fail. Instead, if the centre collapses, there shall be seven or more centres to maintain order at the periphery, and to keep the nation on a live support grid till the centre could be resuscitated.

I wanted to bring this discussion back to the fore in light of the illegal arrest warrant issued by Banadir City Court for the arrest of the President of JL. How the wind has swiftly changed direction. Where is @bidenkulahaa to speak to his lord's (XSM) cataclysm?

What do you disagree, or do not like about it? Try reading it at first, and spare a thought for the nation's recent history.
It all sounds good on paper, just like how youve been presenting it, but in practice...
And this is what I find funny, you tell me to spare a thought for the nations recent history. Thats why I'm saying this lol. Youve got sland vying for independance, you have pland and now this new random movement of pland first. Even right now as we speak we have the rising conflict in jland.
These states are too big and pose a challenge to literally everything positive, may it be economically, politically militarily. Since the ICU there has been no positive development done by the state, Things done by time and private entities don't count.
This isnt how federalism is suppose to be anyways, I would be for federalism if it was a much stronger central government. You guys are trying to cry about centralism bcs of some clauses being created in the constitution which gives the national government power. Literally in every federalist country it is like that.

When some of you hear centralism, its like you all thing everything is going to be dictated from the capital and the regional areas wont get any say no no. That is not the correct system and literally no centralist countries can pull that off, maybe the smaller ones. Regional government still have their own power, but obviously not as much as the ones we have today where they can form their own military and denounce the government. No country you will find that.

Federalism, especially the way its set up now will only lead to failure. It will just be infused with qabil every single time, unless if states are broken up into 3-5. This of course would require a strong central leader with a strong support base thats beyond qabil. Which will happen with the bitter qabilist finish their lives knowing they contributed into destroying this country but at least in their tuulo they were the most landheere

Why is this? Whose legacy contributed to these? What were the reasons for these to have come to pass?

Is that not the primary reason for Federalism, and why Federalism suits best for nations in recovery?

Since the ICU there has been no positive development done by the state, Things done by time and private entities don't count.
So, you consider ICUs to have been a good thing?
