He does have anger issues which he likes to dismiss like once he punched a hole in the door. He has become possessive lately and worried the way other men look at me even though I don’t entertain men and his afraid of losing me even though he doesn’t fix the issues and has started making these jokes more frequently

You have 2 options, couple's therapy if you believe that the relationship is salvageable or divorce. My personal advise would be to leave the situation as your life is always the priority, the ball is in your court.
