It’s still ongoing I haven’t left just been quietly saving up money. I don’t want to go back to my home country because there is too much trauma for me over there and my family is the reason that I’m in this mess in the first place. They continue to pick arguments with me and will fight with me over insignifant issues and blow up at me and has again used profanity on me. I regret confiding to another relative because although they did give me advice it was mainly about how my husband is probably stressed and how I’m the one who brought him to the family and this isn’t an arranged marriage so I should have considered our communication styles. Lately they look so angry and they slammed the door after calling me a which gave me a headache and then they will apologise and the cycle repeats itself.
