You missed the point. Is it hard to recruit new fresh soldiers without isbaaro background? I would donate to such programme, but not rehabilitating ex child soldiers and magically turn them into a national army.

How about if you are a 6 year old child being forced to join AS, on the pain of death, your parents are killed and you are from a disenfranchised clan, does a 6-12 year old child get thrown in prison?

If the child committed a crime they need to serve some time (10-15yrs)
If they only joined but don’t have blood on their hands... they should be rehabilitated but tracked and certain jobs such as government jobs and anything similar should be off limits
