Me personally I don't swear that much irl but on sspot I blow some steam off. Doesn't feel as haram when its online

My parents didn’t speak English so we grew up swearing cus they didn’t know/care about it. But now, I find it un-lady like so I’m consciously trying to eliminate swearing from my speech. Femininity does not go with swearing and I am a dienty damsel so swearing is a no no.

That doesn't seem to make sense. You're treating swearing as something natural that people have to "hold back" from saying. As if it's instinctively.

If swearing was never a habit then there is no problem in not slipping up.
