If this is true, which I honestly doubt then I would expect Puntland to stop signing silly 'pledges' and 'agreements' and get timetable for deliverables for each component of the project and display it to the people. That is if it is true!!! We are sick of never-ending pledges and no action in the ground. We want clear date defined project deliverables of each stage of the project to hold someone accountable!!!

Offshore dwarfs the onshore potential, it's not even close, but point is we have these vultures sitting on bogus contracts that we gotta void and start a new round of license bidding and hire a good company with a good track record to drill
