Trump froze all Financial Aid including FAFSA. I don’t know a single Somali Kid that pays for their university out of pocket, FAFSA does all that. Tuition in America is out of pocket! That’s minimum 15k-60k a year depending on what 4-year university you attend. Since I’m from Minnesota, the University of Minnesota’s tuition is $18k+ a year, that’s $72k to get a 4 year degree.

I've been sounding the alarm he is going to defund the educational system, the repercussions its going to have is going to be massive and felt by all Americans.

It's not just universities , he is going to defund public schools and is going to give higher advantage to the ultra-rich.

I did CC first and than transferred to a uni. I always recommend this route to anyone that plans on becoming a commuter student. Also the federal pell grant work disappear forever. In fact this freeze won't affect federal pell grants or loans for schools.
