Same experience, whenever I travel to a small city, I notice that I'm the only black person there.

The whiteness is rubbing off on me tbh, I used to be in the target shooting society in university.

I've also been told that my tastes are a bit too white

Target shoot sounds fun, by the way. When i was in elementary, my school took us on a rock climbing and archery trip. I had such a good time. I plan to pick up hobbies like that once I'm not so busy anymore.
