Therefore, it is a target of Satan's goals and an object of his desires, which he seeks to attain from the sons of Adam. Ibn al-Qayyim (may Allah have mercy on him) said in Tariq al-Hijratayn (p. 279): "The point is that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) made sadness something to be sought refuge from. This is because sadness weakens the heart, weakens resolve, and harms willpower. Nothing is more beloved to Satan than the sadness of a believer. Allah the Almighty says: {Indeed, the private conversation is only from Satan to grieve those who have believed}. i started practicing lucid dream for 1 year 2016-2017 and attained consciousness while dream.It Goes like this you are dreaming but suddenly it hits you are know you are dreaming so you can do stuff and not worry cuz it is just Dream.all was good until these Djinn started to appear regularly in my dream with ill intensions and the next got one in the next 8 years.i am just stuck in their Evil realm spiritually only.Thanks God.
The worst thing is if i am hit in the dream i feel the pain like physically.I sleep in a state of Wudu and recite some quran with out that my night is never peaceful.those practices calm things down.
Going back to sleep after fajr prayer is a disaster it is where they are the most active and infact is does annoy me not be able to sleep with out M.F burging into your sleep they own it.
I believe the djinn are desparate to contact us like we humans are desperate to talk to Animals but there is a barrier- and few people break that barrier either through sihr,lucid dream,reading forbidden books,sleeping in area populated by djins mostly in abondoned buildings,Trashy area,bathroom etcs.-those they contact they will never leave them until their death .my theory is that djinn possession first Happens in the spirtual REALM once they possess you in the spiritual realm then physical possession in the real world follows.
We have the remedy read the quran,sleep in pure state ,avoid all kind of sins and if it continues it means this is a test for you from god be patient and allah will reward you.
I feel like i have double life.a spirtual life and physical life what i do in the physical world effects the spirtual world if i sin i am attacked viciously if i do good things calm down.

Do you suspect someone did sihr on you.

Because from what I know jinn possession of people happen because of either love or revenge because your harmed him or his relative or because someone do sihr on you.

Now the first one is rare and the second common but the last reason is vastly common.

Harming them can be because you pour hot water in kitchen sink or inside the bathroom which is their house, the prophet pbuh told us to say Bismillah before pouring the hot water so the jinn knows and leave the area.

Btw I know a story of a man which was caught trying to jump from the window and when people reached him and talked to him he told them that he is a jinn who control this man body and he is doing it as act of revenge because the man killed his son I think then he jumped and both of them died.

So be careful

The the last reason I mentioned is very common so if you suspect someone have a evil feeling towards you should contact some legit sheikh who is specialize in jinn matters.
