I'm 100% certain that Biden will lose Arizona. Arizona General secretary just announced 450k votes are to be counted. Biden's lead has been shrinking quite considerably from 220k to just 65k.

Arizona says 450,000 outstanding votes won't be counted until FRIDAY

Biden is ahead in Arizona but only by about 67,000 votes after his majority shrank overnight. Of the 450,000 remaining votes there, 300,000 are in Maricopa County where Biden holds a lead.

The outstanding vote is late in mail ballots which heavily lean Republican, that's why Trump was able to narrow down Biden's lead from 220k to mere 65k.
