No not really this desire to escape the 'black' label hurts us even Ethiopians who share the same world view and even Nigerians etc, know how to operate in western society. Even after this they will still say Somalis are black like others have been, although in this instance whenever I hear news about him hardly anyone has smoke for Somalis in the comment section.

kind of wild how the revival of hamitic theory online is like 95% downstream from somalis, probably the most successful digital movement from say wallahi diaspora. if consensus declares horn africans are a separate race then it confirms that we run the streets
why do you consider this a good thing out of interest btw no judgement i just want to know what good this does for us and if this were to go through what if other horners protest and refuse the classification leaving us as the only one and singling us out.

Ahh I see you mean solely from a effort point of view it would be a success, I hear that, in fairness depending on where you live the UK is starting to acknowledge us and I know in Canada our presence is felt even if it isnt the best, i just hope its a good one not a bad one in the times to come
