Djibouti and Ethiopia have a hard time governing their countries as is, they are laughing stocks. They can even share power properly. Annexing those to regions won't do much for that country. The Issaq would be Ethiopia even more than they are right now. The Gadabursi have little political participation in Djibouti its Almost 50/50 Cisse and Afar in parliment. Funny because they disenfranchise their Dir brothers. The Gadabursi are chumps. No offense Rooble but them being anti-colonial cost them dearly. At least they have their integrity but that doesn't feed you. Somaliland is an Issaq state I don't consider it for Darood or Dir. They have some stability but like most Somali regions development is still poor. 8 storey buildings ain't shit to brag about, neither are airports we didn't even have the human capital to build. That shit was outsourced. My suggestions - take care of improving the health, education and job prospects of the people. Then tribe won't have a much bargaining power as it does for protecting the people.

Isaaq isn't gonna get a country 2 somali countries is enough
If somali government ever gave the green light to Ethiopia to take those regions they wouldn't hesitate because the positives outweigh the negative look at it today they pay fee to use the barbera port if we legally gave the regions they would have 100% access to the port and wouldn't pay one penny plus they won't be needing to waste hundreds of millions of dollars yearly paying for the djbooty port
As for the people and there happiness well reading this site and similar sites I learned isaaq prefer habash over somalis just like there cousins in Ethiopia am sure they will be proud Ethiopian

I am just being honest brother. Somalis are an interesting bunch of people. They would never accept a Somali from another region to rule over them, but would gladly bend over and be colonized by an Arab or Turkish Emir. A unified and independent Somali republic that is ruled by Somalis is just not possible. The only way to truly unify all of the Somali regions is if it is a province that is apart of either a khilafah or another nation and ruled over and governed by a non-somali. Forcing this unity crap when the people don't want it is like forcing a shoe that doesn't fit except the results are more catastrophic such as the loss of countless lives rather than a few sore toes.
