Im creating a linked in account for works stuff. I am current working on my profile but there is one question im not understanding in the ADD EDUCATIONE SECTION . What does Grade mean? is it cumulative gpa ?

If your a student it means your GPA and if your just a working adult its the level of responsibility in your role. I've never filled it out tho.

does it not mean your uni grades? Like 1st, 2:1, 2:2 [im assuming your an adult with a university education] if not your gpa from highschool or any other qualification you hold. Ive never filled that out though why do niggas need to know what I got

I would also probably forget about adding your start and graduation years too. There are actually a few people out there (almost always white women) that will get triggered that you graduated in recent years and will not consider you because you made them self-conscious. All because you made them remember the year they graduated, nothing to do with your obvious looking age. I would remove anything that can be used to discriminate against you. This also applies to your GPA.

I never denied discrimination existing. When have I ever denied discrimination? If you mean about being Black, it's extremely rare to be discriminated for being Black. More people will "discriminate" against you for using Comic Sans font on your resume or for being part of a specific social club than you being Black.

Abayo I don't lie about my school work. I worked hard for the past few years. It could have been better if I didn't work part time and done internships. My lowest GPA was flat 3.25 my highest was 4.00. I can show you guys my award and national society of leadership and success I was on but im afraid y'all gone find me

Once you have a log in for this site you're doing big things. You can only get one from your college with gpa higher that 3.3 for year and half and your on the horn society membership
