First off, the Ancient Egyptians wouldn't have identified themselves as black in the modern racial sense. They would've acknowledged themselves as Egyptians basically by an ethnic group, not a racial group.
The whole concept of race is a complicated one if we're talking about the ancient world, which saw the world and people groups very different from how we see it today.

LOL they must’ve really sucked at Geography. African Americans came from predominantly Coastal West African countries like Angola,Gabon etc. While the River Nile is from North Africa and goes down to the Horn Africa (what is now known as Ethiopia)
