The best route for London somalis is to take advantage of the good education there, which is paid for by your government, then go to North America. Your life quality and purchasing power will immensely increase. Plus people here like accents so that’s one interesting thing about you at least for your fresh start.

What’s the point of living in a rich city if isn’t distributed equally ? That’s just teasing you and makes you live in a constant facade, where you walk around and see million dollar houses and ur rounded by wealth not even at the tip of your fingertips. Honestly thinking about is depressing, I’d rather live in a more suburban area with less collective wealth but distributed more equally, where everyone is middle class. Not a city where people are living under the poverty line, a street away from billionaires hoarding the money

Cornwall isn't liberal also because we got used to how London is. We may always talk about how bad it is but we wouldn't want to move away. However we might get pushed out to the areas surrounding London due to gentrification.

What exactly is enticing about the London lifestyle? No offense but nothing positive or unique comes to mind when thinking about a London lifestyle. The only thing I can think of is family, but you can’t be around them forever.

And for the racist aspect, It seems like London somalis have replaced facing racism from white people to facing it from black people, which is worse as it isn’t taken seriously and seems to be more normalized.
